Tuition for 2018-2019

Registration

For Private Lessons

New students receive one free trial lesson with a teacher. We assess a registration fee of $25 per family for new students and those who take a break of a month or more (including summer). 

For Classes, registration is included in class fees.

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tuition Rates

Fall semester is 4 months from August 16 to December 15, 2018. Spring semester is 5 months from January 7th to May 18, 2019.  See the Calendar for exact open and closed days.

Tuition may be paid by the semester or in installments, due on the 10th of September, October, November, and December. There is a late fee of $10. Monthly statements will be sent out via email.

Rates for 2018-2019:

30-minute Weekly Lessons $400 total or $100/month $500 total or $100/month
45-minute Weekly Lessons $600 total or $150/month $750 total or $150/month
60-minute Weekly Lessons $800 total or $200/month $1000 total or $200/month

 

Sibling/Multiple-Instrument Discount: We offer a discount of 5% off the total semester tuition for each additional child or instrument, with a maximum discount of 15%.

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, or card at the studio, or cards online via your digital invoice. Please make checks payable to Imagine Music and Arts, LLC.

Termination of Lessons

In the unfortunate event that you need to terminate your lessons with us, we ask for a 30-days written notice to the Director (email ImagineMusicAndArts@gmail.com). Tuition will still be due during this time, whether or not lessons are taken. This allows us time to fill that spot in the teacher’s schedule. Thank you for understanding!
