Year-Round Membership

Imagine Music & Arts operates on a year-round membership model. Tuition is billed monthly throughout the year, allowing students to maintain their place in their teacher’s schedule while enjoying flexible summer learning opportunities.

Membership Includes

• 35 private lessons during the school year
• 8 Summer Credits to use for:
  • Private lessons
  • Summer camps
  • Workshops
• Instruction from experienced faculty
• Two annual recitals at the University of Oklahoma
• Additional performance opportunities throughout the year

Summer Credits

Each enrolled student receives 8 Summer Credits as part of their membership. Credits may be used for private lessons, camps, or workshops, giving families flexibility while helping students stay engaged over the summer.

Enrollment

Enrollment is continuous. Once enrolled, your lesson time is reserved from year to year, and there is no need to re-register annually.

Registration Fee

$50 per family

This fee applies to private lesson enrollments. For group classes, the registration fee is already included in the class tuition.

The registration fee helps cover general studio expenses, including copies, pencils, recital fees, and administrative costs. It does not cover books, instruments, additional materials, or any audition or competition fees.

Please note: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tuition

Tuition is charged automatically to the card on file on the 1st of each month as a year-round membership.

The monthly tuition rates are as follows:

30min: $155/mo

45min: $220/mo

60min: $285/mo

Discounts

A 5% discount will be applied to the tuition fees of the second enrolled student and each additional sibling or family member thereafter. The same 5% discount will also apply to students enrolled in lessons for multiple instruments.

Cancellation

A 30-day written notice is required to cancel your membership.
